Viseu announces the arrival of a new partner in the Real Estate area
Viseu Advogados has announced the addition of Rodrigo Palacios (pictured) to its team of partners, reinforcing its strategic work in the real estate law area.
With more than two decades of experience in the sector, Palacios has built a solid track record in national and international real estate operations, advising on highly complex and strategically important deals. He has a law degree from Universidade Paulista, a Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami (USA) and a postgraduate degree in Real Estate Law from Universidade SECOVI. He also acts as a lecturer and is the author of technical articles published in specialized legal vehicles.
The arrival of the new partner marks another step in strengthening Viseu’s real estate practice, which advises companies on real estate purchase and sale transactions, structuring residential, commercial and logistics developments, real estate development, land regularization, lease and built-to-suit agreements, as well as conducting due diligence processes and structuring real estate guarantees.
