Viseu Secondment announces reinforcement of its team
Viseu Secondment has announced the hiring of Rachél Gìunco (pictured) to join its relationship and recruitment management team. With over a decade of experience in executive search and specialized consulting for legal departments, Rachél joins to strengthen talent management initiatives that connect top professionals to the strategic and operational needs of companies.
The new team member will work across the entire Viseu Secondment ecosystem, which includes the on-demand allocation of lawyers to legal departments; LIDERA, a pool of senior legal executives; and Next Generation, a new on-demand law intern program.
With this internal structure—comprising six relationship managers and a team of analysts specializing in corporate legal recruitment, totaling 14 professionals—Viseu Secondment enhances its talent management services for legal departments, offering solutions that connect lawyers and interns to the demands of companies throughout Brazil.
