Vouga assists Proparco in $20m credit facility to Banco Rio
Vouga Abogados has assisted Proparco in the granting of a USD $20 million credit line to Banco Rio.
The credit line is aimed at projects that promote gender equality through the leadership of Paraguayan women and reduce territorial inequalities.
The advisory services involved support in all aspects of the transaction, including due diligence and the review and negotiation of the transaction documents.
