Vouga counsels CAF on $15m credit facility for Banco Familiar
Vouga Abogados has counselled Banco de Desarrollo de América Latina (CAF) in the granting of a USD $15 million credit line to Banco Familiar.
This credit line is aimed at financing small and medium-sized enterprises in the productive sectors of the Paraguayan economy.
The advice involved support in all aspects of the transaction, including due diligence and the review and negotiation of the transaction documents.
