VPBG appoints new partner to strengthen Regulatory practice

Vella Pugliese Buosi e Guidoni Advogados (VPBG) welcomed Talitha Chaves (pictured) as a new partner to strengthen its regulatory law practice.

With more than 15 years of experience in renowned law firms and multinational companies, her practice focuses on sectors such as Logistics, Ports and Technology.

Talitha stands out in her regulatory work in the petrochemical, gas and agribusiness sectors, especially in matters related to ANTAQ and ANP.

The firm also welcomed counsel Mariana Covre, who has more than 10 years of experience. Mariana previously worked as the Executive Legal and Integrity Manager of the Federation of Industries of the State of Espírito Santo and Internal Control Manager of the Public Ministry of the State of Espírito Santo. She has also worked closely with the National Council of the Public Ministry (CNMP) and Audit Courts (TCU and TCEES) among others.
