WFAA strengthens its tax practice with the promotion of partners

William Freire Advogados Associados (WFAA) announces the promotion of Rodrigo Pires (pictured left) and Bruno Feitosa (pictured right) as partners.

Rodrigo Pires is strengthening the Tax Litigation practice after years of leading highly complex disputes involving large company groups. He is recognized for his expertise in strategic tax disputes in both administrative and judicial courts, including billion-dollar litigation with significant economic and legal implications. Rodrigo holds a Master of Laws degree from PUC Minas and is a professor of tax law at the same institution.

Bruno Feitosa’s promotion in Tax Consulting reaffirms the firm’s commitment to excellence in tax planning and compliance. Bruno has solid international experience, including a period at KPMG in Thailand. He is dedicated to advising large companies on sensitive issues such as transactions (M&A), foreign investment, international taxation, and tax reform. Bruno holds a Master’s degree in Tax Law from UFMG and teaches Tax Law at CEDIN.
