White & Case acts for dealers on BBVA Mexico issuance
White & Case has advised the dealers on BBVA Mexico’s issuance of $500 million of senior unsecured notes
The dealers were BBVA Securities, BNP Paribas, BoFA Securities and Morgan Stanley
The notes have a five-year maturity and an interest rate of 1.875 per cent, and are listed on the Global Exchange Market (GEM) of Euronext Dublin.
This was the second issuance under BBVA Mexico’s $10 billion Rule 144A/Reg S medium-term note program.
