White & Case bolsters its Latin America practice in Houston

White & Case has announced the addition of two partners at its Houston office, Bill Parish and Rodrigo Domínguez, who join the law firm’s global M&A practice, and who will work closely with its Latin America interest group and global oil and gas practice.

Bill Parish White&CaseParish (pictured) and Domínguez are both experienced practitioners and trusted advisers.

“Rodrigo and Bill are both excellent M&A lawyers who bring extensive energy and infrastructure experience to our rapidly growing Houston office,” according to John Reiss, global head of White & Case’s global M&A practice.

“They also bring extensive experience in the Latin America region, which has become an increasingly busy market for M&A and a strategic priority of the firm,” he added.

Parish counsels clients on complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, partnerships and joint ventures, energy transactions and projects, real estate and general corporate matters, and has extensive experience in energy transactions and cross-border transactions across Latin America, the law firm said.

Domínguez represents clients in domestic and international M&A, joint ventures and strategic alliances, and corporate matters in regulated and non-regulated industries. In addition, he counsels on real estate matters and has significant experience representing multinationals in government contracting processes throughout Latin America.

Dominguez and Parish are both fluent in Spanish and are the latest partners to join the firm’s Houston office, which opened in February 2018.
