White & Case counsels Levi Strauss & Co on South America outlets acquisition
White & Case has advised Levi Strauss & Co. on its acquisition of approximately 80 stores located in Chile, Peru and Bolivia from The Jeans Company (TJC).
As a result of the purchase agreement, Levi Strauss & Co. will acquire all operating assets related to the Levi’s and Dockers brands from TJC, Levi Strauss’ primary distributor in Chile, Peru and Bolivia.
The White & Case team that advised on the transaction was led by partner Rodrigo Dominguez (pictured) and counsel Emilio Grandio, as well as associates Luisa Muskus, Chris Hebert and Nicole Rodriguez-Fierro, from the firm’s Houston office.
