WM&T is the new São Paulo boutique

Wielewicki, Maia e Trovo Advogados’ practice areas are Anticorruption and Compliance, Corporate Law and Capital Markets

WM&T was founded in June 2021 by partners Luís Wielewicki (pictured left), Rodrigo Maia (pictured centre) and Beatriz Trovo (pictured right) and is based in São Paulo.

The new boutique focuses on Anticorruption and Compliance, Corporate Law and Capital Markets and acts exclusively on behalf of companies, investment funds and financial institutions, with emphasis on publicly traded companies, whether Brazilian or subsidiaries of foreign multinationals.

Luís Wielewicki has over twenty years of experience as a lawyer, obtained an LL.M from Columbia University and a Juris Doctor from the University of São Paulo School of Law, and graduated cum laude from the State University of Londrina.

Rodrigo Maia has been practicing law for over 15 years, holds a law degree from PUC São Paulo, a specialization in Tax Law from COGEAE at Puc São Paulo, and an L.LM in Corporate Law from Insper.

Beatriz Trovo Pontes de Miranda has been practicing for almost twenty years. She holds a master’s degree in Commercial Law from the Law School of the University of São Paulo – USP, a specialization degree in business economics from the School of Economics of the Getúlio Vargas Foundation of São Paulo – FGV/EESP, and a law degree from the Law School of the University of São Paulo – USP.
