Zang Bergel & Viñes adds new partner
Argentinian law firm Zang, Bergel & Viñes (ZBV) has recruited Ignacio Sanz as a partner to lead its public law, governmental affairs, compliance and internal investigations practice.
Sanz (pictured) boasts ample experience as a specialist in constitutional and administrative law and has advised corporate clients in transactions across a wide variety of sectors including transportation, infrastructure, energy, teleccomunications, banking and financing and real estate.
He has reprsented local and international clients in legal processes and arbitration, as well as constitutional and regulatory matters. He is also an experienced anti-corruption and compliance lawyer.
