Zavagna Gralha act on the investment round in The Simple Gym
Zavagna Gralha Advogados advised Rebels Ventures, founded by the founders of Reserva, Cesar Villares 4M Holding, and Mário Chady, founder of Grupo Trigo, on The Simple Gym‘s BRL 2 million investment round.
Rebels Ventures was created by the founders and original partners of the Reserva clothing brand (Rony Meisler, Fernando Sigal, José Alberto Silva, and Jayme Nigri Moszkowicz). Rebels Ventures’ idea, as a venture builder, is to focus investments in the health and wellness sectors.
