ZBV and PAGBAM in new IRSA issuance

Zang Bergel & Viñes has represented IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones (IRSA), and Pérez Alati Grondona Benites & Arntsen the underwriters, in the issuance of IRSA’s Class XXII and Class XXIII Notes.

The Notes were issued on October 23, where the Class XXII Notes were issued for a total nominal amount of USD $15,799,810, maturing on October 23, 2027, at a fixed annual nominal interest rate of 5.75% and at an issue price of 100% of the nominal value; and the Class XXIII Notes, for a total nominal amount of USD $51,467,822, maturing on October 23, 2029, at a fixed annual nominal interest rate of 7.25% and at an issue price of 100% of the nominal value.

BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización, Banco Hipotecario, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco Santander Argentina, Banco Mariva, Balanz Capital Valores, Bull Market Brokers, Banco Supervielle, Invertironline, Cocos Capital, Puente Hnos, SBS Trading and Macro Securities acted as underwriters.

The offering was directed to the local market and the Notes have been authorized for listing in the Argentine Stock Exchange and Markets and for trading in the Electronic Open Market.
