ZG and MYLaw advise on Prinova’s acquisition of Aplinova

Zavagna Gralha Advogados (ZG) advised Prinova, a company belonging to the Japanese group Nagase, on the acquisition of Aplinova, which was advised by Maia Yoshiyasu Advogados (MYLaw). The transaction aims to strengthen Prinova’s presence in the food ingredients market in Brazil.

Zavagna Gralha Advogados relied on partners Michel Zavagna Gralha, Giorgio Blessmann Milano, legal counsel Gabriel Lucca Garibotti.

Maia Yoshiyasu Advogados (MYLaw) relied on partner Plinio Yoshiyasu and lawyer Marcel Yukio Hashimoto.
