Davis Polk advises Santander Chile on cash tender offer

Santander Chile instructed Davis Polk on its cash tender offer for up to $560 million combined aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 3.875% senior fixed-rate notes due 2022 and its senior floating-rate notes due 2018.

Santander Chile is the country´s largest in terms of total assets and equity, with operations in commercial banking, retail banking, asset management and insurance. Santander Chile is a member of the Santander Group, the Spanish financial group.
