TozziniFreire Advogados Softbank Latin America (SBLA Holdings II DE LLC) and others
TozziniFreire advised investors in the Series A Investment Round of US$25 million in Trela (Zapt Tecnologia Ltda.), a pandemic-born start-up that organizes collective purchases among neighbors through WhatsApp groups.
The round was led by SoftBank, with participation from other funds, including Kaszek and General Catalyst.
