Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto Advogados advised TC Traders Club S.A. on the acquisition of 50% plus one of the shares of Tax Tech

Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto Advogados advised TC Traders Club S.A. on the acquisition of 50% plus one of the shares of Tax Tech.

The transaction provides for TC’s expansion into the B2B market. Furthermore, through the joint venture, the parties will be able to contribute to the development of the business by combining their assets, client base and technology.
