FLH advises WatchTV on it’s acquisition by Multilaser Group
Franco Leutewiler Henriques Advogados assisted WhatchTV in the transaction involving the investment and acquisition by Grupo Multilaser
Franco Leutewiler Henriques Advogados assisted the closing of the transaction involving the investment and acquisition by Grupo Multilaser (MLAS3), a public company operating in the technology and electronics business, of a relevant equity stake in WatchTV Entretenimentos, a Brazilian streaming and entertainment acting company that provides content from Warner, Universal, HBO, Viacom and other producers.
The investment was made by the Multilaser fund managed by Bertha Capital.
FLH advised WatchTV and had partners Vitor Henriques (pictured) and associates Diego Oliveira and David Hadley.
