Veirano Advogados advised Cubbo Intermediate Holdings, LLC on the acquisition of Dedalog Serviços de Logística Ltda.

Veirano Advogados advised Cubbo Intermediate Holdings, LLC on the acquisition of 100% of the capital stock of Dedalog Serviços de Logística Ltda.

The value was not disclosed.

Veirano Advogados advised the buyers and relied on partner Guilherme Monteiro (pictured) and associates Fernão Henrique Pio Rocha Moura de Castro and Izabella Andrade de Araujo.

Gunderson Dettmer (US and Cayman) also advised the same party and relied on partners Daniel M. Green, Bradley D. Krack and associates Nicholas J. Agate and Alex S. Kamath.

CQSFV Advogados advised Dedalog and relied on partners Fernando Quintino and Daniella Galvão; associate Felipe Silva Jardim.
