Digital private pension brokerage fintech Saks has raised $26 million in seed capital in an investment round led by Kinea Ventures and Canary with participation from FJ Labs and Honey Island Capital.
Lefosse advised Saks and was led by partner André Ziccardi de Carvalho (pictured left) and associate João Pedro Pizarro .
Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough acted as legal counsel to Saks in the US with partner Leandro Molina.
