Veirano Advogados was deal counsel on the issuance of a Certificate of Real Estate Receivables (CRI) by Virgo Companhia de Securitização
Veirano Advogados advised the issuance of Real Estate Receivables Certificates (CRI) of Virgo Companhia de Securitização, in the amount of R$ 40 million.
The issue was made through a restricted efforts public offering in the local market, backed by real estate credit notes (CCI) in connection with the acquisition of properties in Rio Grande do Sul by BlueMacaw’s investment fund.
