Santos Neto Advogados acted as deal counsel on the issuance of agribusiness receivables certificates (CRA) of Opea Securitizadora S.A.
Santos Neto Advogados acted as deal counsel on the 28th issue of agribusiness receivables certificates (CRA) of Opea Securitizadora S.A., backed by commercial notes issued by Sim Distribuidora de Combustíveis Ltda., in total amount of R$150 million.
The distribution of the CRAs was conducted by RB Investimentos Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários Ltda. (lead coordinator) and Alfa Corretora de Câmbio e Valores Mobiliários S.A., with restricted placement efforts, pursuant to Brazilian Securities Commission Instruction 476.
The operation had a robust structure of guarantees represented by fiduciary assignment of receivables, in addition to personal guarantees granted by entities of the economic group of Sim Distribuidora de Combustíveis Ltda.
