Nasser Advogados introduced Camila Ramos Montagna, Maria Isabel Lima, Ticiana Liarte De Meo as new partners and Fernando Stefanelli Galucci as a consultant

Nasser Advogados has introduced Camila Ramos Montagna (pictured left), Maria Isabel Lima (second pictured), Ticiana Liarte De Meo (third pictured) and Fernando Stefanelli Galucci (pictured right) as a consultant. All have vast experience in different areas of law and have been part of the firm’s team for many years.

The admission of Ticiana, Maria Isabel, and Camila to the firm will allow them to reinforce their practice areas, such as Environmental Law, Public Law, Regulatory and Infrastructure Law, Corporate and Business Law, in addition to improving client service. It also represents an important step towards gender equity in our society.

Ticiana Liarte De Meo will use her experience as a legal manager to become the firm’s new managing partner, in addition to continuing to serve some key clients. She graduated from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas in 2006, with a specialization in contracts from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. Ticiana has more than 10 years of experience in the areas of business law, corporate law, and corporate governance. She has been dedicating herself in the last years to help in the management of the legal department of the firm’s clients, focusing on team management, orientation in the main operations and strategic decisions, preventive consultancy and acting in risk mitigation.

Maria Isabel Lima will be the partner responsible for the areas of Environmental Law, which has experienced an important growth, and Public, Regulatory, and Infrastructure Law, together with partners André Martin and Rabih Nasser. She graduated from Universidade Mackenzie in 2012, with an MBA in Environmental Management and Sustainability from Universidade Federal de São Carlos. Certified Mediator and Conciliator, Master in Environmental Law and PhD candidate in International Environmental Law, both from the Catholic University of Santos. Maria Isabel has over 10 years of experience in consulting and litigation in environmental matters, including management of contaminated areas, environmental licensing, monitoring of terms of commitment, risk prevention, legal compliance and environmental regularization of real estate. He has participated in projects in the real estate, transportation, utilities, energy, chemical industries, and final disposal of waste sectors. She has held internships in the Public Administration and in the Judiciary, and has had experience in specialized law firms in the area. She also works with public biddings and administrative contracts, regulated sectors, and Audit Courts, and provides consulting on Public, Regulatory, and Infrastructure Law.

Camila Ramos Montagna will join the team of partners responsible for the Corporate Law area, with emphasis on Contracts, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Corporate Law, subjects in which she already works intensively and has a lot of experience. She graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo in 2000 and has a post-graduate degree in Contract Law from the same institution, has been working in corporate advisory law for over 15 years, and has an eclectic professional background, which includes corporate operations and commercial relations involving Brazilian and foreign companies in different sectors, focusing on national and international contracts (negotiation, drafting, and management).

Fernando Stefanelli Galucci will be a reference in the areas of Consumer Law and Judicial Recovery and Bankruptcy, to which he is already deeply dedicated, maintaining the emphasis on litigation alongside partner Sergio Zahr Filho. He graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo in 2009, post-graduated in Contractual Law from the same institution and in Arbitration Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in 2018. Fernando Stefanelli has worked in the Dispute Resolution area of the firm for over 10 years. Lately he has been dedicated to cases involving Judicial Reorganization and Bankruptcy and to the coordination of client portfolios in the Consumer Law area.
