Machado Meyer Advogados acted as legal counsel to Âmbar in all stages of the notification to CADE of the acquisition by Âmbar Energia S.A. of all the issued shares of SPE EPP II Centrais Elétricas Ltda. and SPE EPP 2 Itaguai Energia Ltda.

Machado Meyer advised Ambar Energia S.A. and was headed by partner Marcos Paulo Verissimo (pictured) in partnership with partner Ana Carolina Lopes de Carvalho and lawyer Ivan Vinicius Nunes Fernandes.
