Bruchou appoints two new partners

Florencia Angélico and Juan Zocca join the firm as partners in Corporate Law and Corporate Governance, and Administrative and Regulatory Law, respectively

 Bruchou, Fernández, Madero & Lombardi has announced the appointment of Florencia Angélico (pictured left) as a partner in the Corporate Law and Corporate Governance Department, and Juan Zocca (pictured right) as a partner in the Administrative and Regulatory Law Department, effective 24 March.

In this regard, Liban Kusa, managing partner, stated: “With the incorporation of Florencia as partner, the firm’s partnership now comprises 6 female partners (approximately 20% of the total partners)”.

Florencia specialises in corporate law, providing comprehensive corporate advice to domestic and foreign clients, particularly in relation to corporate reorganisations, company acquisitions and corporate dispute resolution.

Juan, on the other hand, started at Bruchou as an intern and specialises in advising on Administrative and Environmental Law matters and also provides advice and representation in Litigation matters.
