TozziniFreire Advogados counseled to URPR11 – Urca Capital Investimentos em Desenvolvimentos Imobiliários on the acquisition of 50% of the quotas issued by Yuca Empreendimentos Imobiliários SPE X.
This is the first joint venture between Urca and Yuca for the development of real estate projects.
