Monteiro Rusu advise Neomille and Santander in CRA issue
Monteiro, Rusu, Cameirão e Bercht Advogados acted as deal counsel in the public offering of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) of the 206th issue of Eco Securitizadora de Direitos Creditórios do Agronegócio, backed by agribusiness receivables due by Neomille.
The distribution of CRA was carried out by Banco Santander (Brasil) in accordance with CVM Instruction 476 on the total amount of R$ 300 million.
The transaction was led by partners Roberto Rusu (pictured left) and Marina Fenerich (pictured right) helped by intern Antonio Gonçalves.
