Dias Carneiro advises acquisition by Stefanini of a stake in NewM

Dias Carneiro Advogados advised the acquisition, by Stefanini Participações, of a controlling stake in NewM, a software house company specialized in the development of apps for the consortium market.

The company is present in 8 of the 20 largest consortium administrators in Brazil, with more than 400 thousand active users, including Caixa, SICREDI, EMBRACON and Rodobens.
