Carey represents UPS in Chile in BOMI Group acquisition
Carey has represented UPS in the acquisition of BOMI Group, a multinational healthcare logistics provider, in particular with regard to the local aspects of its Chilean subsidiary Bomi Chile.
The transaction, which closed on 15 November 2022, was coordinated by Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from its office in Milan, Italy, and also involved jurisdictions in Germany, Spain, Austria, the United States, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, Turkey, among others.
Carey’s team consisted of partners Pablo Iacobelli (pictured left) and Patricia Silberman (pictured right), together with associates Josefina Marshall and Nicolás Fontaine.
