Nicholson Cano and PAGBAM assist in Laboratorios Richmond Notes issuance
Nicholson y Cano Abogados assisted Laboratorios Richmond, and Pérez Alati Grondona Benites & Arntsen assisted the arrangers and placement agents, in the issuance of simple negotiable obligations, series IV.
The issue was made on 21 December 2022, under the framework of its global programme for the issuance of simple negotiable obligations for a nominal value of up to US$ 50,000,000, for an amount of $1,005,012,000 Argentine pesos, denominated and payable in pesos; at a variable rate, maturing on 21 March 2024.
Banco Santander Argentina, Neix, and Invertir en Bolsa acted as placement agents; and Allaria Ledesma & Cía. and Banco de Valores S.A. acted as placement agents and arrangers.
