PPU helps Rovensa in acquisition of 70% stake in agricultural company
Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría has helped Rovensa in the acquisition of 70% of the shares of the Chilean company “Manejo Integrado de Plagas y Servicios Agrícolas”, dedicated to the import, development and commercialisation of agricultural inputs with organic and zero waste technology.
This transaction was closed on 23 December 2022, where the firms Domínguez Godoy Abogados and Urenda León Rivas & Darraidou advised Julio Sebastián Jiménez Kaufman.
