Bomchil promotes two new partners
Bomchil has announced the promotion of Florencia Pagani and Melisa Romero as new partners, effective 1 January. This appointment comes as part of the firm’s centenary celebrations this year 2023.
Florencia (pictured left) has a law degree from the University of Buenos Aires and a Master in Business Law from the Austral University. She joined Bomchil in 1997. In her extensive career she has performed several tasks, participating in important mergers and acquisitions, advising on complex corporate matters and, in the last years, developing the Compliance area. She is actively involved in academia and professional organisations.
Melisa (pictured right) graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad Nacional del Sur and completed a Master in Law and Economics at the Universidad Torcuato di Tella. She joined the firm in 2009 and since then she has specialised in litigation, representing clients in complex commercial matters and class actions in consumer, banking, environmental, insurance and medical malpractice law. She is also a professor of contracts and obligations at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and coordinator of the Probono Committee of the Buenos Aires Bar Association and of the Probono area of Bomchil.
