NLD counsels Waterlogic on acquisition of Pamaq
Chilean law firm NLD Abogados has counselled Waterlogic/Culligan, a global manufacturer, distributor and supplier of purified drinking water dispensers, on the acquisition of 100% of Pamaq (Aquamac), a water filtration and purification systems company based in Paraguay.
Culligan International, dedicated to consumer-focused sustainable water solutions and services, and Waterlogic Group Holdings, a designer, manufacturer, distributor and global service provider of purified drinking water dispensers, announced in late November 2022 that they completed the process to combine the two companies, creating a leader in clean and sustainable drinking water solutions and services. The new company will provide clean, sustainable drinking water to more than 100 million consumers.
NLD’s team was led by partner Paulo Larraín (pictured), and also included partner Manola Quiroz and associate Delfina Colombres.
