Cleary advises Goldman Sachs and HSBC on Mega tender offer
Cleary Gottlieb has advised Goldman Sachs & Co. and HSBC (Securities) Inc. as dealer managers in a tender offer by Operadora de Servicios Mega (Mega) to purchase for cash up to $100,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 8.250% Senior Notes due 2025.
The offer was launched on 1 December 2022 and early tenders were settled on 16 December 2022. The offer will expire on 29 December 2022.
Mega is a Mexican leasing company based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, with more than 15 years of operating experience specialising in three main lines of business: leasing, credit and automotive lending. It specialises in serving small and medium-sized businesses in Mexico, which are largely underserved by traditional banking institutions.
