ARIFA acts in acquisition of Pacific Bank by Inversiones Atlántida

Panamanian law firm Arias Fábrega & Fábrega has acted as legal advisor to Inversiones Atlántida in the acquisition of 100% of the shares of the private general license bank, Pacific Bank.

“Inversiones Atlántida is one of the largest financial services groups in Central America and with this acquisition it is seeking to gain a foothold in the Panamanian banking sector. The acquisition of a general license bank is an important first step towards its goal of becoming a local player in the Panamanian financial market,” said partner Fernando Arias F.
