Echecopar represents Interbank in the financing of Pesquera Luciana
Estudio Echecopar, associated with Baker & McKenzie International, has represented Banco Internacional del Perú – Interbank in a loan for US$10’000,000.00 granted to Pesquera Luciana.
The funds will be used by the fishing company to prepay a loan granted by another financial institution, as well as to carry out the purchase of the shares of three of its shareholders. The transaction included, as a condition precedent, the entry into force of a spin-off involving Pesquera Luciana and other companies.
