BCVL promotes new partner

Braz, Coelho, Campos, Veras, Lessa e Bueno Advogados (BVCL) has announced the promotion of Paulo Liebl (pictured) to full partner for infrastructure and regulatory law.

Paulo has a master’s degree in State Law from USP, has more than 6 years of experience in the practice of law, with emphasis on legal assistance in bidding procedures, public service concession contracts, public-private partnerships (PPPs), contracts with the Third Sector, as well as in proceedings before Audit Courts.
