Marval on issuance of AMES XXIII trust securities
Marval O’Farrell Mairal has acted as legal advisor in the issuance of trust securities corresponding to the AMES XXIII financial trust, within the framework of the Ames Global Trust Securities Programme, for a total of V/N ARS 296,570,643.
The issue took place on 16 June and included class A variable income debt securities (VRDA) for V/N ARS 155,737,752 and participation certificates for V/N ARS 140,832,891. Asociación Mutual de la Economía Solidaria acted as trustee and information agent.
The National Securities Commission authorised the public offering of these trust securities on 9 June. In addition, the trust securities are traded on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico and listed on the Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos.
The VRDAs and the Certificates of Participation have been rated by Moody’s Local AR Risk Rating Agent as “AA+.ar(sf)” and “B.ar(sf)”, respectively.
TMF Trust Company (Argentina) acted as trustee, while Banco Mariva acted as arranger and underwriter.
