Several firms act on the follow-on by Localiza

Several firms acted on the primary public offering of common shares issued by Localiza, the largest car rental company in Brazil.

This offering was subject to a priority offering in Brazil pursuant to which the existing shareholders had the right to reserve for purchase an aggregate of up to 100% of the common shares offered.

The operation totaled R$4.5 billion, with the issuance of 67,527,012 new common shares.
