Luzone Legal launches American Desk

The Brazilian and Portuguese law firm, Luzone Legal, has launched its American Desk with the registration of its managing partner and founder, Leandro Luzone (pictured), in the State Bar of Texas.

Focused on international business practice, the firm has corporate clients present in the United States that has branches or subsidiaries located in Brazil, mainly in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo States. With this movement, the firm is opening its office in Houston and will officially launch its American Desk.
Luzone Legal has offices in Brazil (Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and Macaé) and Portugal (Porto) and alliances with lawyers located in Romania, India, Bolivia, Nigeria and BriƟsh Virgin Island.
Now, with the opening of its office in Houston, Texas, the firm will conƟnue to act in the main areas of private law, business law and corporate law, providing advice to individuals and companies, national or international, focusing in all stages of their personal or business life.
The next step for the Brazilian law firm is to engage American lawyers in its practice to better assist its American clients located in Brazil and even its Brazilian corporate clients that wants to expand internationally, specifically to United States.
