Mattos Filho and Pinheiro Neto act in deal highlighted by TTR Data
The Brazilian transactional market registered a total of 868 transactions and moved BRL 91.4bn in the second quarter of 2023.
In the second quarter of 2023, 416 mergers and acquisitions were recorded, between announced and completed, and a total value of BRL 56.6bn.
The Internet, Software & IT Services sector was the most active in the period, with a total of 186 transactions, representing a decrease of 26% compared to the same period of 2022.
The transaction highlighted by TTR Data in Q2 2023, was the completion of the acquisition of MMC Brasil by Suzano. The transaction value is USD 175.00m.
