Cuatrecasas helps IBT in 2 hospital construction tenders
Cuatrecasas, through its Lima office, has advised IBT Group Peru on an award for the financing, construction, operation and maintenance of the hospitals of the Piura and Chimbote health care networks.
This award was carried out through comprehensive project tenders called by the Private Investment Promotion Agency (ProInversión).
The project in Piura includes the design, financing, construction, equipment, operation and maintenance of a specialised hospital that will benefit more than one million insured persons. Chimbote’s project also includes a polyclinic and the construction of a temporary hospital to guarantee the continuity of the service during the execution period.
Together, the two works will require an investment of USD 320 million and will benefit more than 1.6 million insured users in the northern regions of Peru.
