TCA advises on Series I Class II Notes of ALZ Nutrientes
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised ALZ Nutrientes, as issuer, and Banco Supervielle as arranger, underwriter and sole guarantor, in the issuance of the Series I Class II Secured SME CNV Negotiable Obligations (Obligaciones Negociables PyME CNV Garantizadas Serie I).
The Notes were issued at a 110% of par value and a 0% rate, denominated in US dollars, subscribed, integrated and payable in pesos, maturing on 29 June 2026.
ALZ Nutrientes is a biostimulant company in Argentina, dedicated to the production of products for cattle feed in liquid diets and wet presentations in microsilos, as well as the commercialisation of products produced by ALZ Nutrientes and third parties.
