TozziniFreire assists MSW Multicorp 2 FIP in investment in Voltbras

TozziniFreire Advogados and others worked on co-investment by MSW Multicorp 2 Fundo de Investimento em Participações, a venture capital fund managed by MSW Capital, and three other investors in Voltbras Eletropostos Agenciamento, a startup that offers software for recharging electric vehicles, in the total amount of BRL 12 million.
