Pinheiro Neto advises AXS Participações on debenture issue

Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised on the 1st issuance of simple debentures, non convertible into shares, in two series, with rem guarantee, by AXS Participações, as per CVM 160.

Banco Modal was the lead underwriter. The proceeds obtained with the issuance will be used to finance the construction and operation of distributed generation solar projects in Brazil; and for other general corporate purposes. The debentures are characterized as “Green Debentures”.

Pinheiro Neto advised the issuer and relied on partners Ricardo Simões Russo (pictured left), José Roberto Oliva Junior (pictured right), senior associate Thais Lorenzi Ambrosano, associate Luiz Fernando de Araújo Plazza and legal assistant Giovanna Bittencourt Mantesso.
