Machado Meyer advise on the structuring of the Asaas II FIDC

Machado Meyer advised on the structuring of the Asaas II Credit Rights Investment Fund (FIDC) and further initial public offer of the senior quotas of the FIDC.

Banco Itaú BBA acted as bookrunner of the offer. Oliveira Trust Servicer acts as manager and Oliveira Trust Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários acts as fiduciary administrator of the FIDC.

The FIDC’s investment policy is to acquire credit rights arising from financial transactions made through credit cards. Such credits rights are assigned by Asaas Gestão Financeira Instituição de Pagamento.

The transaction value was BRL 42.500.000,00
