Marval and PAGBAM assist in issuance of AESA Notes
Marval O’Farrell Mairal has assisted Ángel Estrada y Compañía (AESA), and Pérez Alati Grondona Benites & Arntsen the arranger and underwriters, in the placement and issuance in the local market of the Class 13 Notes for a par value of ARS $1,000,000,000.
The issue was made on 3 August under the framework of the Programme of Simple Negotiable Obligations Not Convertible into Shares for up to V/N USD 30,000,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies). The Class 13 Notes, denominated and payable in ARS, have a variable interest rate corresponding to the sum of the Private Badlar Rate and the cut-off margin of 5 %, maturing on 3 August 2024.
Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires acted as arranger and underwriter; while Cohen, Banco Santander Argentina, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, Balanz Capital Valores, Facimex Valores, Allaria, Banco BBVA Argentina, Invertir en Bolsa, GMA Capital and Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires acted as underwriters.
