Ferrere assists Centerbridge Partners in $700m credit to Sabre

Ferrere, through its team in Uruguay, has advised US investment fund Centerbridge Partners, and other financial institutions, on a USD $700 million credit facility for technology and travel company Sabre Corporation.

The transaction will enable Sabre to finance its global operations, including its subsidiary in Uruguay. The proceeds will be used to refinance and extend Sabre’s financing, allowing for greater liquidity.

Ferrere’s team was led by partner Diego Rodríguez (pictured), together with lawyers Carla Arellano and Cecilia Trujillo and notary Valentín Pérez Reyes.
