Bruchou and TCA act on new issue of YPF Notes

Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has advised YPF, and Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised the underwriters, in the placement of the Class XXVII Notes for a nominal amount of US $127,904,997 at 0% rate, issued by YPF under its Frequent Issuer Programme.

The Class XXVII Notes, at an issue price of 135.32% of par value, are denominated in US dollars, will not accrue interest and will mature on 10 October 2026. The Notes were partially paid in kind against the delivery of Class XIV Notes previously issued by the company.

In addition, the Class XXVII Notes have been authorised for listing on MAE and BYMA.

Banco Santander Argentina, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Max Capital, Banco Comafi and Puente Hnos. acted as underwriters.

YPF is a company dedicated to the exploitation of hydrocarbon resources in Argentina. The company’s shares are listed on local markets and are also listed on the NYSE (New York Stock Exchange).

Paola Garbi, Fernando Gomez Zanou, Valeria Moglia, Francisco Gaspari and Marina Quinteiro acted as in-house counsels to YPF.

In-house counsels to the underwriters were Ignacio García Deibe and Ezequiel Guerrero for Banco Santander Argentina; Enrique Cullen and Fiorella Paola Ascenso Sanabria for Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires; Ignacio Méndez for Max Capital; Mariana López for Banco Comafi; and Roxana Bravo, Hernán Da Silva and Tomás González Sabathie for Puente Hnos.
