TCA advises on new issuance of Treasury Bills of Río Negro
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised the Province of Río Negro in the issuance of Treasury Bills Series IV maturing on 22 December 2024, with a nominal annual variable rate equivalent to the Badlar Rate plus a margin of 15.00%, for a total amount of ARS $4,000,000,000,000.
The issue was made on 22 December 2023, under the framework of the Treasury Bills Issuance Programme for the year 2023, for an outstanding nominal value of up to twelve billion pesos (ARS 12,000,000,000,000) or its equivalent in other currencies.
The Series IV Treasury Bills were guaranteed with funds from the Federal Tax Co-participation Regime.
Banco Patagonia acted as arranger and underwriter for the issue; while Puente Hnos, Balanz Capital Valores, Adcap Securities Argentina, Banco Comafi and BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización acted as sub-placement agents.
